Once your school account is approved, you’ll be required to pay a one-time joining fee of 650 USD. All of our services such as educator recruitment, administrative/admin recruitment, education consulting, and advertising opportunities will be available to member schools.
We provide recruitment of qualified educators and administrative personnel to schools globally, therefore, it is imminent that we work with reputable international schools that adhere to proper employment rules and regulations by offering a clear and simple contract in the English language.
Member schools should:
- offer a comparable salary and benefits package.
- ensure the safety of the employees during their stay in a foreign country by providing them with proper residence/work permits and assisting them in the process.
- respect and allow time off for all religious holidays including Christmas.
- offer medical/health insurance coverage for the contract period.
- offer air tickets to and from their home or allowance to cover the cost of their ticket.
- offer proper housing or ample housing allowance to live within reasonable distance from the school campus and/or have shuttle service for pick/drop.
