What is your raison d'être?

A human run and monitored platform that uses AI to qualify teachers for the three sensitivities needed to place them by geographical demands. We place teachers with international schools locally and globally covering all subject with focus on language teachers such as ESL (English as a second language) and other subject teachers.
Our mission is to foster an inspiring community of learners through high-quality international education by providing schools from every corner of the world with qualified educators fit for their schools.

We solve the problem of not just hiring great and qualified educators, but educators that would be a fit for the geographical location by evaluating the Social, cultural and religious sensitivities.

We carefully screen, vet, interview, and qualify candidates before they are presented to the school. We present only the candidates that are a match considering, qualification, experience, and three known geographical sensitivities resulting in completion of a school year contract.

📅 Our Story

  • 2015 An educator recruitment company was established by a couple of experienced educators.
  • 2017 The demand grew from a home-based company to a team of qualified members who spent most of their time placing teachers with international schools.
  • 2018 We realized the need and established our online presence to serve schools from anywhere in the world.
  • 2019 Head office moved to New York under Teacherix Inc.
  • 2022 We now have 12,000+ subscribed educators and hundred of schools across the globe relying on us to match their needs.

We are based in New York, but connected with thousands of teachers all over the globe. We have teachers on their 6th contract that started with us back in 2015. Our representation of International schools now extends to Turkey, UAE, Japan, Costa Rica, Pakistan, Bahrain, Azerbaijan, Italy, Bahrain, just to name a few.
